Repealed Regulations
Prohibition of Certain Toxic Substances Regulations (SOR/96-237)
Effective March 20, 2003, the Prohibition of Certain Toxic Substances Regulations (SOR/96-237) were repealed and replaced by the Prohibition of Certain Toxic Substances Regulations, 2003 (SOR/2003-99). Prohibitions concerning the manufacture, use, processing, sale, offering for sale and importation of certain toxic substances that appeared in the original Regulations have been included in the new Regulations.
