CANADIAN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT

Order amending the Domestic Substances List and the Non-domestic Substances ListWhereas, pursuant to subsection 30(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act ( R.S., c. 16 (4th Supp.), (a) the Minister of the Environment has been provided with information in respect of certain substances under section 26 of that Act;(b) the Minister of the Environment and the Minister of Health are satisfied that the substances have been manufactured in or imported into Canada by the person who provided the information in excess of the quantity prescribed for the purposes of section 30 of that Act; and(c) no conditions specified under paragraph 29(1)(a) of that Act in respect of the substances remain in effect;Therefore, the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 30(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act ( R.S., c. 16 (4th Supp.), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Domestic Substances List and the Non-domestic Substances List.November 17, 1999 David AndersonMinister of the EnvironmentORDER AMENDING THE DOMESTIC SUBSTANCES LIST AND THE NON-DOMESTIC SUBSTANCES LISTAMENDMENT1.
