CDPAC National Conference 2004
The Chronic Disease Prevention Alliance of Canada (CDPAC) is a networked
community of organizations and individuals who share a common mandate
to foster and help sustain a co-ordinated, countrywide movement towards
an integrated population health approach for prevention of chronic diseases
in Canada through collaborative leadership, advocacy, and capacity building.

VOICE in Health Policy - National Summit
The Summit will be an excellent opportunity for voluntary organizations
working in health to come together to share experiences and resources
developed throughout the VOICE project and look to the future of how the
voluntary health sector and Health Canada can work more collaboratively
together.
