The Secretary noted that a revised agenda was distributed to members. The agenda was adopted by consensus.

2.02 Approval of Minutes
It was noted that the minutes were circulated and have been posted to the website. Members noted no changes to the minutes of the last meeting and approved the minutes by consensus. The Secretary directed members to the “Record of Decision” document in the agenda package, for review.
Decision/Action:
- Members to review the record of past decisions and send any changes or concerns to the Secretary by December 10, 2004.

The Secretary noted that the action table was in the agenda package, for information.
