The CHE liaison gave a report on the activities of the Committee on Health and Environment.

The Environment Canada representative gave an update on CCME and Environment Canada activities. Members discussed a request for information from the CEPA risk assessors.

7.03 Provincial-Territorial Subcommittee on Plumbing Codes/Canadian Advisory Committee on Plumbing Report
The liaison member noted that the groups will be meeting again in August 2006.

The Secretariat gave an overview of the survey included in the agenda package.

Each jurisdiction provided a report on its program and legislative activities, training and outreach programs, publications and current key issues.

9.01 Location and Dates of Meetings
The next meeting will be in Ottawa, October 25-27, 2006. The Spring 2007 meeting will be held in Toronto in early May.
