Canada Post's multi-channel smartmoves program provides unrivaled access to one of the most lucrative and motivated segment of buyers in the country.people who are moving households!

In 2003, more than 1.8 million households and businesses changed their address. Almost 90% of those moves were residential and more than 60% of those moved into a single family home. On average, each moving household spends $13,000 on move-related products and services.

Only Canada Post can connect you with this unique and highly targeted customer base. The smartmoves web site and the smartmoves publication were viewed by more than 1.1 million Canadian households in 2005. The new smartmoves website resulted in 1.6 million page views or an average of approximately 200,000 page views per month.

Canada Post is pleased to offer Canadian businesses with the opportunity to be notified, direct from consumers, of their change of household address. With our new Address Change Notification Service, businesses can advertise on the smartmoves site, receive opt-in address database updates and/or receive new customer leads.
