To determine your shipping price within Canada
You will need the appropriate provincial/territorial Rate Code Lookup Table and the Price book. Please follow the steps outlined below to obtain the necessary information and subsequently to find your shipping price.

Step 1: Find the rate code. It's based on the ORIGIN (from) postal code and the DESTINATION (to) postal code. Using the Rate Code Lookup Table, follow these simple steps.

  1. The ORIGIN postal codes have been separated into columns (A, B, C, D). Look up your postal code at the top of the table under ORIGIN. You now know which column applies to you (see Table A).

    E.g.

    Province Postal Code A B C D
    NF A0A - A0K 14 6 14 41
    A0A Air 41 41 41 33
    A0L - A0N 14 6 14 41
    A0P 14 14 6 41
    A0P Air 41 41 41 33

  2. Find the DESTINATION postal code on the vertical list.

    E.g.

    Province Postal Code A B C D
    NF A0A - A0K 14 6 14 41
    A0A Air 41 41 41 33
    A0L - A0N 14 6 14 41
    A0P 14 14 6 41
    A0P Air 41 41 41 33

  3. Move across to your ORIGIN column, where you'll find the applicable rate code
Step 2:Now determine the weight of each of your packages. Remember that prices apply to each item separately-you cannot combine multiple packages. You should also be aware that the prices do not reflect any minimum weight density that may apply.

Step 3: Go to the "Price book" to determine the actual price.
  1. Look up the rate code column.
  2. Go down the column to the item weight to get your shipping price.
  3. Add the cost of any options you need (you'll find these under the Options Pricing list following the price tables).
