National Presortation Schematic

Mailers that pre-sort their mailing use the National Presortation Schematic (NPS). It is used in conjunction with CPC's Mail Preparation and Presortation Requirements.

The schematic defines how mail is consolidated to move the mailing across Canada. The schematic is updated monthly. Where Canadians live and how they receive their mail is changing. For example, there are city amalgamations. Canada Post adjusts its operations to reflect these changes and ensure efficient service. Using the schematic that is valid for the dates the mailing will be deposited with Canada Post will help ensure that service expectations are met.

Instructions:
Select the file corresponding to the product and the dates you are planning to mail with Canada Post.
