August 13, 2002 - Ottawa, Ontario:
Private Jeremy Ratelle (left) and Private Marc Andre Lacasse (right) from the Canadian Navy's Gun Run Team transport a replica 19th century cannon and gun carriage across the front of Parliament Hill.  The entire assembly, which weighs 900 kilograms, is disassembled and hand-carried one piece at a time, across a nine-metre chasm which represents the gap between ship and shore.  The Naval Gun Run currently comprises of 35 members drawn primarily from ships of the Maritime Forces Atlantic.
