Self-Help Program
A self-help program is available. This program is designed for MQ occupants who wish to undertake minor maintenance, repair or improvements to their homes. Provision of self-help materials is provided through a local purchase order (LPO) system where the occupant receives a work order and obtains the necessary materials from a local supplier.
