The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) operates and maintains the portfolio of approximately 15,000 military family housing units (married quarters) at Canadian Forces bases and wings across Canada. CFHA also allocates housing to Canadian Forces members and their families, carrying out maintenance and repairs, administering the rent system and managing the housing assets on behalf of the Department of National Defence.
