WANTED: Re-enrolment Air Force Experience
The Air Force Intake & Liaison Team (AFI<) is teaming up with Canadian Forces Recruiting Group (CFRG) to get the word out that the Air Force is actively seeking fully trained ex-military Canadian Forces pilots and technicians and EGS (Electrical Generating Systems technicians) as well as other Air Force individuals who may be considering re-enrolment.
The AFI<, which is based in Ottawa, was created in August 2002 to identify and staff initiatives aimed at improving the re-enrolment of Air Force personnel into the Canadian Forces (CF). Due to manning shortages, former Pilots, Avionics System Technicians (AVS Tech), Aviation Systems Technicians (AVN Tech) and Aircraft Structure Technicians (ACS Tech), Electrical Generating Systems Technicians (EGS) and others from the Construction & Maintenance field are some of the most stressed occupations being sought.
