If you are a member of the DND/CF community and you feel you have been treated unfairly, or you would like information about how to resolve a problem, the Ombudsman's Office is here to help. However, before coming to the Ombudsman it is a good idea to try and solve the problem using internal mechanisms. If you have already contacted internal mechanisms without success, the Ombudsman may decide to guide you to the appropriate authorities.
