Canada and the Joint Strike Fighter Program

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Media are invited to speak one-on-one with officials from Canada’s Department of National Defence and other representatives following a Pentagon-hosted ceremony regarding the U.S.-led Joint Strike Fighter program.| WHERE: | Lockheed Martin Fighter Demonstration Center (FDC) 1550 Crystal Drive, Suite PL (Plaza Level) Arlington, VA. 22202 |

Media will have the hour-long opportunity to learn more about Canada’s involvement and participation in the Joint Strike Fighter program in the informative and interactive FDC setting.
Interested media are requested to confirm their attendance with Lise Backman, Canadian Embassy Media Relations, via e-mail at lise.backman@international.gc.ca no later than noon on Monday, December 11. Please provide your name and the outlet you represent. Canadian and international media will be required to also provide their passport number when confirming their attendance. Identification will be required to gain access to the FDC.
Directions to the FDC can be provided, if required, upon confirmation of attendance.
Media will be met by Public Affairs staff at the FDC entrance.
