Overarching Conceptual Leadership Framework

Purpose: Develop/update broad framework incorporating theories, concepts and research relevant to leadership in the military context.

Outputs: Capstone Leadership Manual and supporting academic documents summarizing relevant literature and CF philosophy of effective leadership.
