SOUTH AFRICAN WAR (THE)

Era: 19 th century.

Situation: The Boer War - A disturbing film with numerous leadership examples worthy of analysis. The film focuses on events in South Africa in 1901 whereby three Australian lieutenants are court marshalled by the British for their hand in reprisals against Boers who were involved in the killing of a British captain.

Primary Actors: Edward Woodward, Jack Thompson, Charles Tingwell, and Terrence Donovan.
