DOTEN will actively respond to CF operational requirements through a dynamic system of information collation and analysis of operational experiences to assist CDA in the timely and agile development of relevant, effective, and efficient IT&E capabilities for the CF general specifications (GS) and the common occupation specifications (OS) to enable CF operational success.
