Commander of the Royal Victorian Order

CONTEXT

This Order is bestowed as the personal gift of Her Majesty The Queen and is administered by the Central Chancery of the Orders of Knighthood at St. James's Palace in London, England. In Canada, the three lower levels of the Order (Commander, Lieutenant and Member) are part of the Canadian Honours System and information is available at the Chancellery of Honours at Rideau Hall.
