Regional Affairs

This Directorate ensures the liaison and coordination between Headquarters and a network of five regions, Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, Prairies & Northern Region and Western Region, which offices are spread over 22 Canadian cities.

Regions manage and deliver programs, serve clients, provide daily liaison with the public and contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies. Canadians can have access to departmental programs and services by contacting one of the points of services.
