The December 2006 meeting of the Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada is cancelled, because it does not have quorum.

There are eight vacant seats on the Board, including that of the Chair, and it is not possible at this time to predict with any certainty when the Board will resume its activities. The items originally scheduled for the December meeting will be brought forward for the consideration of the Board when it will be fully constituted.
