To Place an Order
By Mail or Fax
1. Download the order form (PDF and html version).
2. Print and complete the order form.
Please be sure to include the following: publication name and
identification number, quantity, price, taxes where applicable, and the
total. If paying by credit card, please add the necessary information. If paying by
cheque or money order, please mail your payment to the address below.
Merchandise will be delivered upon receipt of payment.
All orders must be prepaid. CHIN accepts cheques or money orders
in Canadian or US currency, made payable to the Receiver General for Canada.
You may also pay by VISA or MasterCard. Prices indicated include shipping by regular mail.
Merchandise will be delivered upon receipt of payment. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery in North America, and four to eight weeks internationally. For overnight or other shipping arrangements, please contact CHIN (additional charges will occur).
If you are exempt from the Goods and Services Tax (GST), please provide us with your
exemption number and enclose proof of exemption.

Claims and Returns
Claims for damaged goods or
incomplete orders must be made to CHIN within 10 days of receipt of
shipment.
