Travellers of the St.Lawrence

Located opposite the rapids on the St. Lawrence, the Coteau-du-Lac and Pointe du Buisson sites have been occupied by humans since at least 6000 years before present. To bypass the rapids, the Amerindians portaged on these locations, leaving behind numerous traces of their passage.

Take part in a discovery walk and take up the Explorer's Challenge by visiting the Coteau-du-Lac National historic Site of Canada and the Pointe du Buisson Archaeological Park.
