From HWY. 417 (the Queensway), take the Nicholas Street exit north to Laurier Avenue East. Turn right on Laurier Avenue East. Laurier House is on the corner of Laurier Avenue East and Chapel Street.
From Gatineau, Quebec, head south on HWY. #5 (Autoroute de Gatineau) across the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge to King Edward Avenue. Continue south on King Edward Ave to Rideau Street. Turn left on Rideau Street, then make a right turn on to Chapel Street. Laurier House is located on the corner of Chapel Street and Laurier Avenue East.
Parking:
There is no on site parking at Laurier House. There is street parking nearby. Please note the time limits posted.
Public Transit:
OC Transpo provides excellent bus service to Laurier House. Take the Number 5 bus from downtown Ottawa. It stops in front of Laurier House. Information on other routes can be found on the OC transport web site: http://www.octranspo.com.
Visitors beginning their journey in Hull should contact the Société de Transport de l'Outaouais for information.
On Foot:
The walking distance from Parliament Hill to Laurier House Site is just over 2 kilometres or just over 1 mile.
