During summer season, the Forges du Saint-Maurice offer you the possibility of strolling the luxurious vegetation of its big spaces located on the Saint-Maurice river shore, of discovering the vestiges of the first industrial village of Canada, to learn the history of the community and the ingenious workers throughout diversified exhibit themes or the interpretation panels along the historic trail, join a guided tour and assist to a sound and light show.

Archaeological Excavation

There are objects hidden in the Forges that our archaeologist can identify, but he needs your help!

Presentation at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

On occasion, other special events are staged. As soon as you arrive in the Grande Maison, the guide-interpreters on hand will inform you about the day's offering.
