How to Get There

Woodside is located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada at the corner of Wellington Street and Spring Valley Road. Parks Canada Beaver signs along the major roads entering Kitchener direct visitors to the site. From Hwy. #401, take Hwy. 8 west towards Kitchener, then follow the Conestoga Parkway (Hwy. #85) north. Exit at Wellington Street West.

The city of Kitchener is located just off Hwy. #401, one and a half hours west of Toronto and one hour east of London.

Bus Access: From the Kitchener Bus Station, take route # 6 and get off at the corner of Lancaster Street and Wellington Street. Walk eastward along Wellington Street. Once you have passed the overhead railway bridge, cross Wellington Street and walk up Woodside's pedestrian laneway. The laneway will lead you to the historic house.
