Distributed Learning Instructors List Discussion Group

The Distributed Learning Instructors List (DLI-L) discussion group is designed to provide a forum for the exchange of information on distributed learning instruction within the DND/CF community.

This discussion group is also useful for courseware developers or instructional designers who are developing courseware for the DLN.

Please join and share your distributed learning experience.

How to Join or Withdraw From the Discussion Group

1. Send an email to DLI-L@dnd.ca to subscribe to the discussion group. The account that you send the email from will be the account that you will receive discussion group messages.
2. Click on the body of the open email message window (not the subject line) and type subscribe. Leave the subject line blank.
3. The system will respond with a confirmation of your subscription, and you will receive new postings as they are made by list members.
4. The email address for posting messages to the list is DLI-L@dnd.ca.

Withdrawing from the group

1. Send an email to DLI-L@dnd.ca to unsubscribe to the discussion group. Unsubscribe using the same email account that you originally subscribed with.
2. Click on the body of the open email message window (not the subject line) and type unsubscribe. Leave the subject line blank.
3. The system will respond with a confirmation of your withdrawal.

Emailing the Group Moderator

1. If you want to comment on the list or its contents, respond to the list owner — Brook Broadbent at Broadbent.BR@forces.gc.ca.
