October 2006 Preliminary Project Approval
March 2008 Learning and Career Centre upgrade complete
March 2008 Treasury Board approval in principle of the SS(PPA).
June 2008 Effective Project Approval
December 2009 Full Operational Capability
April 2010 Project Closeout
