What does the OMLC do?

The Office of the Mining and Lands Commissioner is an independent adjudicative tribunal with responsibilities under the Mining Act, the Conservation Authorities Act, the Oil, Gas and Salt Resources Act, the Lakes and Rivers Improvement Act, the Assessment Act and the Aggregate Resources Act.
