New Member Appointed to the Board of the Canadian Museum of Civilization

OTTAWA, January 24, 1996 Canadian Heritage Minister Michel Dupuy today announced the appointment of Robert J. Ojolick to the Board of the Canadian Museum of Civilization.

Mr. Ojolick, of Sydney, N.S., is president of Robert J. Ojolick & Associates Ltd, and is a Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. His architectural experience includes periods in Nova Scotia, British Columbia and Sweden, where he was the recipient of the Swedish Government Fellowship.

Mr. Ojolick is a former President of the Nova Scotia Association of Architects, a member of the Board of Directors of the Technical University of Nova Scotia (TUNS) Alumni and Member of the Board of the Design Construction Institute. He is also guest lecturer at Holland College in Charlottetown, the School of Architecture, TUNS, Nova Scotia College of Art & Design, Halifax and the University College of Cape Breton.

The appointment is effective immediately.
