Please accept my sincerest wishes to you all for a safe deployment. I cannot express how much respect and admiration I have for you, risking everything for us back home. You go out every day, with limited supplies and protection, to ensure that Canada and her allies remain "glorious and free". Last week I saw a news story from an allied country where their military leaders could not praise enough the conduct, leadership and aggressiveness of the Canadian Forces in battle. They seem surprised at this fact. I, on the other hand, was not. I am extremely proud to see you are continuing to uphold the reputation built by our fore-fathers in WWI & II, that the Canadian Forces are the clear front-runners both in peace keeping, and in battle!!

Thank you all for your sacrifice and dedication. It's soldiers like you that make our Country one of the best in the world.

If anyone is around Peterborough it's been pretty warm so far and we only have a dusting of snow.

Merry Christmas and keep up the good work.

Sean

To the men and women serving in the Armed Services.  Your bravery and fearlessness is nothing less than outstanding.  It seems that the only difference being made for the good, is coming from our Canadian troops.  Your portrayal in newspaper and television is nothing less than professional and trend setting.  I wish you all the best of health for you abroad and your families here at home.  May you all come home safe and sound.  Dont worry I'm lobbying Ottawa for pay increases for all Canadian troops, you deserve it.  Oh yeah i just heard TANKS are on the way soon for you's.  May they come in handy hahah.  Thank you all.

To all of you who are posted far from home, and in particular, those in areas unfriendly, unsafe, or unkind, just wanted to let you know you are being thought about. It is snowing here in Saskatoon, tiny, dense flakes that have grown heavier and thicker as I write. No doubt the visibility is next to nothing out on the roads, but to sit back and watch from the warmpth and safety of home, it is almost magical, like a faerie-land.For the luxury of dreaming in peace, my thanks to one and all. Blessed be.
