"This study was carried out by Ivan Bernier, an Associate Professor with
the Faculty of Law at Laval University in Québec City, in collaboration with Hélène Ruiz Fabri, a Professor with the Université Paris 1 Panthéon- Sorbonne. Its purpose is to fuel reflections on future actions to be taken by UNESCO and its member States. The study proposes several avenues for future work, and will serve as an inspiration for many others."
