If you followed the link on the homepage, then you might be wondering why the www.energy.gov.on.ca website looks so plain.
If you are seeing a plain, mostly text website when you visit then this is because of the browser / user agent you are currently using. Plain-text or non-graphical browsers will see only the text elements of the site since they cannot render graphics. Older browsers such as Netscape 4 will also see a very plain looking site, however, since these older browsers are unable to parse html code written to current standards.
