Publications Ontario is pleased to announce that beginning September 26, 2005 we are the new publisher and distributor of the
Ministry of Transportation Technical Publications. Please note the following announcements regarding products and services:
- Many of the MTO Technical Publications are available online at no charge through the Ministry of Transportation.
Click here to access the MTO Library, which also includes any errata that are available.
- A new e-mail notification service will be implemented in 2006. This service will allow users to register to receive e-mail
alerts when products have been updated or there are other communications relating to specific topics of interest.

The April 2006 updates are now available for sale and include the following revisions:
- Volume 1 – Revision #76
- Volume 2 – Revision #34
- Volume 3 – No Revision
- Volume 4 – No Revision
Revisions are reflected in the full manuals and the PDF CD-ROM, and are also available separately as update packages.
December 2005:
The November 2005 updates are now available for sale and include the following revisions:
- Volume 1 – Revision #75
- Volume 2 – Revision #33
- Volume 3 – Revision #52
- Volume 4 – Revision #20
These revisions are included in the full manuals and are also sold separately as update packages.
The OPS CD-ROMs are also available, updated to November 2005.
