Counter Services
CPPS branch offices are open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. There are 49 branch offices across

Telephone Services
Lien Searches and the Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP)
may be ordered from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday by
calling (416) 325-8847 or 1-800-267-8847 or TTY at 416-326-8866
or 1-800-461-8866.
Internet/Online Access
The PPSR system is available to Internet clients and existing
approved online clients for lien searches and registrations from
8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and for lien searches
only from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Several PPSR registrations on the same asset (e.g., a car) are
ranked in priority sequence based on time of registration. Since
electronic clients, using modems or dedicated lines, can only
register from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, the business hours for
Internet clients must be the same in order to avoid giving
preferential treatment to one type of clients over the other.
