Proponents interested in becoming a Vendor of Record (supplier) for the Province of Ontario must first respond to an advertised tendering opportunity issued by the Supply Chain Management Division through one or both of the following methods.
- Electronic tendering process service through MERX (www.merx.com)
- National daily newspaper advertising
Bids/proposals meeting the required specifications and criteria are evaluated in a fair, open and competitive process. Successful bids are then awarded contracts for Vendor of Record status.
