 
The Freedom of Information Office is responsible for implementing and administering the "Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act" within the ministry and its affiliated agencies.
We develop policies to assist staff in complying with the requirements of the Act, coordinate access to information requests and represent the ministry when appeals are filed.
