![]() Seniors' Care : Who do I Contact for Information?
![]() Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) are local agencies that provide information about care options in your area. The CCACs were established by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in 1996, to help the public access government-funded home and community services and long-term care homes. There are 42 CCACs throughout Ontario. Whether you are just beginning to explore your needs or ready to finalize arrangements, your local CCAC can help you :
To take the first step, use the CCAC Locator to find a CCAC near you. To find out more about other services provided by CCACs, see the Community Care Access Centres section. |
