The Revenue Collections Branch is responsible for the collection of delinquent taxes and returns for tax statutes administered by the Ministry of Finance.

The branch encourages voluntary compliance by identifying non-registered businesses, contacting businesses to ensure they are registered for tax purposes and educating taxpayers on the requirement to file returns and remittances on time.

Progressive collection actions are employed to collect outstanding returns and past due taxes, penalties and interest.
