Influenza Immunization Program : 2006-2007
Information and Communications Products for Healthcare Providers
This is the seventh consecutive year of the Universal Influenza Immunization program (UIIP) in Ontario. The influenza vaccine is available at no charge to anyone aged six months and older who lives, works or goes to school in Ontario. Promotion for this program involves an integrated marketing campaign using a wide variety of media (television, radio, newspaper and magazine) to communicate the effects of influenza on Ontario's residents and the importance of annual vaccinations. This campaign is also supported with collateral materials (posters and brochures). Communications Products and Order Forms
This form can be printed out and faxed directly to the ministry at 416-314-8721 for fulfillment. All items are available free-of-charge to support providers of flu shot clinics. Implementation Packages for clinics are available at PublicHealthOntario.ca. |
