Hearings & Decisions
Welcome to the OEB Hearings and Decisions section, where you'll
find information about the regulatory hearing process. The Board
carries out its functions, such as approving and amending rates,
rules and certain business transactions, through an adjudicative
(court-like) process.
Scroll down for a list of all applications being reviewed by the
Board, as well as a hearing schedule. Link to transcripts of hearings
that have taken place, and major decisions issued by the Board.
You can also find out how to participate in the hearing process,
as well as listen to a hearing in process (if one is scheduled).
REGULATORY CALENDAR
The regulatory calendar was developed to provide information on
the Board’s current activities in a transparent and timely
fashion. You can search all applications before the Board, as well
as active and completed policy activities (called "OEB Key
Initiatives"). Go

To listen to a public hearing in progress, read the schedule of
proceedings above. Click on the appropriate Hearing Room
to listen to the proceeding:
Please Note: The "Listen to a Live Hearing" function is only available for proceedings taking place on the OEB premises. You will only hear the proceeding if someone is talking.
If there is a break in the proceeding (lunch, breaks, etc.) there
