The OEB has a number of facilities available to the public, including the Information Resource Centre and Public Records Room. Two hearing rooms are also open to the public when a hearing is in progress. Please phone ahead to ensure the facility and information that will best suit your needs is available.

The OEB is located at 2300 Yonge Street on the northwest corner of Yonge & Eglinton (reception - 27th floor). The office is easily accessible from the subway, at the Eglinton TTC station.
