COMMUNITY EXPORT DEVELOPMENT The Community Export Development (CED) program works with federal, provincial and municipal partners and provincial stakeholders in building linkages at the community level, promoting the Trade and Investment Division's export programs and services. The CED program can assist economic development organizations across the province in their efforts to help local businesses compete in global markets. The Community Export Development program has published a Guide to Online Export Service Resources
