morning. Clear late this afternoon. Local blowing snow this morning. 
Wind north 30 km/h becoming light near noon. Temperature steady near 
minus 31. Wind chill minus 48.
Tonight..Clear. Low minus 35.
Monday..Increasing cloudiness. Snow and blowing snow beginning early 
in the afternoon. Amount 2 to 4 cm. Wind east 20 km/h becoming 
southeast 40 gusting to 60 early in the afternoon. High minus 23. 
Wind chill minus 47.
