Database

As part of its commitment to protect consumers, the Ministry of Government Services maintains and publishes a database of complaints made against individuals and businesses. This information is available to the public at no cost. Under the new Consumer Protection Act, 2002, the ministry is responsible for making its database of consumer complaints public record.
