Saskatchewan's horticulture industry currently includes: potatoes (seed and commercial), small fruits, vegetables, greenhouse, sod and nursery operations, and fresh and dried flowers. The horticulture area makes up a thriving part of the agricultural economy in this province.

In 2004, total cultivated area of fruit in Saskatchewan was at least 370 acres.
