Saskatchewan produces some of the highest quality honey in the world. Our northern location and long, warm summer days, and our skilled beekeepers, help to produce more honey per hive than any other province in Canada.

In 2004 there were 1,055 honey producers who produced 14.5 M lbs for a value of over $15.2 M.
