Use of the Electronic Shipping Tools software to prepare and submit Orders (Statements of Mailing) is mandatory to access Incentive Lettermail service and prices.

Pricing for Incentive Lettermail varies by the size and weight of the Item that you send as well as the options used: Machineable or Presorted mail.

New Surcharge Details (effective January 15, 2007)
As communicated to Canada Post commercial customers in July 2006, "There will be a change to the surcharge price structure to align it across all services and make it easier to understand. The new price structure will include changes to the machine read rate acceptance level for incentive rate services where machine processing applies".
