There are two categories of International Business Reply Mail.

Machineable International Business Reply Mail	Up to 50g
Non-machineable International Business Reply Mail	Up to 50g Out of Spec
*Any Item weighing over 50 grams is not accepted as International Business Reply Mail by other countries.

To qualify as International Business Reply Mail, the Item must meet the size, shape and weight specifications for this service and must be prepared to include all of the essential elements of International Business Reply Mail artwork. The International Business Reply Mail Item will be charged the International Other Letter-post price if the Item is over 50 grams in weight or if the Item exceeds the size specifications of International Business Reply Mail

Items not meeting the International Business Reply Mail specification may be subject to a surcharge.

International Business Reply Mail (card or envelope):

Other requirements:

• A signed International Business Reply Mail contract;
• Annual service fees are paid;
• Canada Post approved artwork;
• To be Machineable, an International Business Reply Mail Item must be rectangular with the length being greater than the height; 2.6:1 as a maximum and 1.4:1 as a minimum.
