There are two pricing components of International Business Reply Mail, annual fee and per Item price.

• A $550.00 annual fee for each International Business Reply Mail address used. The fee is fixed regardless of the number of Items returned to you.
• Per Item price applicable to each International Business Reply Mail Item returned to you.
• The per Item price varies based on whether or not the Item meets the Machineable International Business Reply Mail specifications and weight. Items that do not meet machineable specifications require manual processing which incurs higher prices.

New Surcharge Details (effective January 15, 2007)
As communicated to Canada Post commercial customers in July 2006, "Effective January 15, 2007, there will be a change to the surcharge price structure to replace the existing Business Reply Mail (BRM) Out of Spec surcharges.
