If you RECEIVE support through Revenu Québec, you can notify Revenu Québec of your new address via the Internet, by telephone or in writing. To have your address changed, you must provide:

  • Your social insurance number
  • Your date of birth
  • Your postal code
  • Your support-payment file number at Revenu Québec
If you choose to notify Revenu Québec of your new address in writing, you should use the form IN-907-V, available on the Internet. You can print the form, complete it and return it by mail.
